2. Description of the Application
Football Gem Agent 26 is a football agent simulation game where users manage player careers, negotiate transfers, discover talents, and build a football agency empire. The Application is provided for entertainment purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts and Game Data
- Game data is stored locally on your device.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss of game progress due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
5. In-App Purchases
- The Application may offer in-app purchases, including but not limited to virtual currency (GEM), VIP memberships, XP boosters, and other virtual items.
- All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
- All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, and features of in-app purchases at any time.
6. Virtual Currency
The Application uses a virtual currency called "GEM." GEM is earned through gameplay or purchased via in-app purchases. GEM has no real-world value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any form of real currency.
7. Advertising
The Application displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. By using the Application, you consent to the display of advertisements. You may have the option to watch rewarded advertisements in exchange for in-game rewards.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content in the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, game mechanics, and software, is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application or its content.
- The Application is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, clubs, organizations, or events is purely coincidental.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application;
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application's systems or networks;
- Use the Application for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application.
10. Termination
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of game progress, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
