Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require you to create an account, and the Service Provider does not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information. Your in-game profile (such as your chosen agent name and optional profile photo) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider.
The Application and its third-party partners automatically collect:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) and a coarse region inferred from it
- Advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), device information, and usage data, collected by third-party advertising partners
- App interaction data — the screens of the Application that you visit, features used, in-game actions, the time and date of your visit, and time spent
- The device model, operating system version, language, and app version
- A record of in-app purchases and subscriptions (transaction history)
The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device. The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment card details; all payments are processed by Google Play.
How the Information Is Used
- To operate and maintain the Application and its features (including delivering and restoring in-app purchases);
- To analyze usage and improve performance, stability, and gameplay;
- To display advertising, including rewarded and personalized ads;
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
Third Party Access
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding data handling:
- Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads)
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- ironSource / Unity
- RevenueCat
- Google Play Services & Billing
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. Data is shared with the advertising and analytics partners listed above solely so they can provide their services (for example, the advertising ID is shared with ad networks to serve and measure ads). Purchase data is processed by Google Play and RevenueCat to deliver and restore your purchases.
The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Advertising (Google AdMob & ironSource)
The Application uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and ironSource to display advertisements. These networks and their partners may collect and use certain data from users, including but not limited to device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address, and usage data, in order to:
- Serve and display personalized or non-personalized advertisements
- Measure ad performance and effectiveness
- Prevent fraud and invalid activity
- Improve advertising services

Your Choices & Opt-Out Rights
You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time via your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization". You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or via Google Play.
Data Security
All data collected by the Application is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are used to protect information processed and maintained by the Service Provider.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your game progress is stored locally on your device; uninstalling the Application deletes it. Analytics and advertising data are retained by the third-party partners according to their respective policies. To request deletion of data associated with you, please contact: edanazcubukcu9@gmail.com and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately.

International Users
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country by the third-party partners. By using the Application, you consent to such processing.
Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider using the details below.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy and a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
