How Do You Play Football Gem Agent 26?

The whole road from zero to legend. In this guide you'll find out what every screen does, what you need to do there, and the fine-tuning that the pros know. Use the menu on the left to jump to any section.

1 You're an Agent — Not a Head Coach

No mechanic makes sense until you get the soul of the game. Read this first.

In Football Gem Agent 26 you're a football agent. You don't run a team, you don't pick a lineup, you don't set tactics. Instead, you represent players: you discover future stars, add them to your agency (portfolio) as your clients, negotiate their contracts and transfers, and earn a commission on every deal.

Your earnings depend on three things:

  • Discover — the gems you find cheap through your scouts.
  • Grow — develop your players, transfer them to the right clubs, raise their salaries.
  • Earn — take a commission on every transfer, every weekly wage, and every sponsor.
💡

The core idea: When you agree a 10% commission deal with a player, 10% of everything that player earns (wages, transfers, sponsors, bonuses) goes into your pocket. So higher commission + bigger salary = income that compounds every week. The game's entire economy is built on that one sentence.

2 Quick Start — Your First 10 Minutes

From creating a new career to your first commission.

Creating a career (3 steps)

  1. Name Type your agent's name (35 characters max).
  2. Avatar Pick a ready-made image or upload a photo from your gallery. (You can change it later from your profile.)
  3. Country Choose your home country. This country determines the leagues, clubs and players you'll play with. Your home country's leagues always come free and unlocked. Default: England.
⚠️

You start with zero money. Balance 0 GEM, Gold 0, Reputation 0. Your first goal is to earn your first commission. (If you've completed a career on this device before, a one-time 30,000 GEM "experienced agent" gift comes with your new career.)

Your first client: the "Friend's Tip"

The first news that drops into your feed is a tip from a friend: a young talent trying out in your country. You have two options:

  • Pay 500 GEM to follow the tip → a candidate player is sent to you, followed by a recommendation news item with "Review / Decline" buttons. This is your first chance to sign someone.
  • Skip it for now.

This is exactly the first loop the game plans for you: pay a small fee → find a candidate → sign them → earn commission. When you sign your first player, a friendly match is also triggered (a near-guaranteed win, +10 morale) — so you can learn the match system.

Your first player negotiation is a freebie: While your portfolio is empty, your first player's commission expectation is set to the maximum — they'll accept whatever commission you propose. Don't hesitate to sign at a high commission.

3 The Game Loop — Day, Week, Season

How does time flow, and what happens each time you tap "Advance Day"?

Week
7 days
Season
52 weeks

The "Advance Day" button — the game's heartbeat

The green Advance Day button on the dashboard automatically moves time forward day by day and won't stop until something concerns you. When a match, an offer, a signing ceremony or a deadline comes up, it stops and usually takes you to the news feed. Every day that passes, these are processed: pending transfer replies, finished scout missions, that day's matches, scenario messages and VIP daily bonuses.

On the week change (day 7 → new week)

The weekly financial reckoning runs: income (player commissions, transfer commissions, sponsors) comes in; expenses (scout wages, office costs, lifestyle spending, tax, loan installments) go out. New balance = old balance + (income − expenses), and it can go negative.

At the end of the season (week 52)

  • Season report: total income/expenses/net profit, transfer count, players discovered, reputation change.
  • Expiring contracts end, every player ages 1 year, and some retire.
  • Club prestiges are recalculated, and new young talents are born into the world.

Transfer windows

You can only make transfers while a window is open (European calendar):

  • Summer window: weeks 49–12 (wraps past the season boundary).
  • Winter window: weeks 25–33.

The window status is shown on the dashboard and is calculated separately for each country — so your country's window may differ from others'.

4 The Dashboard — Your Command Center

The screen you'll keep coming back to. Everything is reachable from here.

What's there, top to bottom?

  • Top bar: your avatar + name (tap to open Profile), your reputation title (Rookie → Legend), the GEM and Gold indicators, and the help (?) button.
  • Reputation + XP bar: shows how much XP is left to the next level and that level's reward. Tap it to open the detail panel.
  • Time card: the date, Season/Week/Day and the Advance Day button; plus the transfer window status.
  • Contextual banners: appear only when needed — an ongoing negotiation, a debt warning, "watch an ad for XP", "watch an ad for money", a Store shortcut.

The menu grid — main navigation

The grid of 16 tiles is your gateway to all the sub-systems. Tiles that need attention are highlighted with a badge/glow (unread news, unread scout report, etc.):

The news feed — both inbox and to-do list

News is the game's action queue; it's sorted by in-game time with the newest on top. Most news items have a button: Accept / Decline / Negotiate / Pay / View player / Attend signing ceremony, etc. Unresolved action news can block you from advancing time — you have to deal with them first. Keep the feed tidy with "Mark all read" and "Delete read".

5 Two Currencies: GEM & Gold

Don't mix them up — these two never convert into each other.

GEM — your operating money

Your main wallet. Salaries, commissions, transfer fees, loans, sponsor income and share prices are all in GEM. There's no separate "cash" in the game; cash = GEM.

You earn: commissions, sponsors, loans, "watch an ad for money", selling shares, daily login rewards, VIP bonus.
You spend: office/scout/lifestyle costs, loan payments, buying shares, tax, activities.

Gold — premium convenience money

A premium currency kept in small numbers (e.g. 15, 70, 500). Almost the only way to get it is by buying a Gold pack with real money. It's spent on:

  • XP Boosters (12–35 Gold)
  • Cards: scout (8–18), negotiation (10), persuasion (20), second chance (7)
  • Auto-sim for a match / 24-hour auto-sim window (2 Gold)
  • Instantly finishing a scout mission (2–6 Gold)
  • Professional Broker certificate on the Stocks screen (one-time 5 Gold)
⚠️

Watch which indicator the price is in. You can't buy Gold conveniences with GEM; you can't pay a loan or a share with Gold. If the numbers are small (2, 7, 20) it's probably Gold.

6 Reputation & XP — Your Career Level

The road from 0 to 100; the key to the big deals.

Reputation is your career level (0–100), which rises entirely from the XP you accumulate. It's split into five title tiers:

TitleReputationWhat it unlocks (summary)
Rookie0–9Only the 3rd division + amateur clubs
Novice10–242nd division, better scouts
Recognized25–49All leagues, higher-quality players
Respected50–74Access to star players, luxury office
Legend75–100Unlimited quality, the biggest stars

Why is reputation so important?

  • League access: the 2nd division opens at Reputation 5+, and all leagues (including the top flight) at 20+.
  • Max quality you can approach: Reputation 0–4 → 45; 5–14 → 55; 15–24 → 65; 25–39 → 75; 40–59 → 85; 60+ → unlimited.
  • Higher debt limit, bigger transfer/commission bonuses, better scout quality.

There's daily XP pacing — log in every day! Each day's first XP gets a 50% "rested" bonus; if you grind a lot the same day, diminishing returns kick in. In short, the game rewards playing a little every day over one long session.

WATCH matches: a watched match gives ×1.3 XP, while auto-sim / "see result" gives only about 1/3 of that. Since reputation comes from XP, watching the matches you care about speeds up your level.

Every time you level up you earn 1000 + level×200 GEM. Reaching Reputation 5 for the first time grants a one-time 50,000 GEM bonus. Once reputation is earned it never drops (your level stays even if your XP bar goes down).

7 The Scout System — Talent Hunt

The way to find gems while they're cheap. The main source that feeds your portfolio.

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Scouts (or Office)

1) Hire a scout

On the "Find Scout" tab you'll see a pool of 3–5 scouts. There are five quality tiers; each finds players in a certain quality range and asks for a weekly wage:

TierWeekly wageQuality found (no card)Unlock reputation
Starter10012–200
Novice5,00015–255
Experienced15,00022–3515
Expert40,00032–5035
Elite100,00040–6060

Hiring takes the first week's wage up front. How many scouts you can hold at once depends on your office level (Home Office 1 → Luxury 12; VIP +1). Refreshing the pool costs 1,000 GEM after the first time. The first "Starter" scout is a one-time tutorial scout.

2) Send on a mission

From the Scout Detail screen, Send on Mission opens a 2-step wizard:

  1. Region Split into tiers by distance from your home country. Distant regions yield higher-quality players but cost more and require reputation (Tier 2 = reputation 15, Tier 3 = 30 …). The scout's specialty region cuts the cost by 50%.
  2. Position & cards Choose Any/Goalkeeper/Defense/Midfield/Forward; add a scout card if you want.

Mission duration is measured in in-game weeks and completes as you advance days. A better scout is faster: Starter ~13 weeks, Elite ~4 weeks. Two ways to speed up a mission: watch an ad (shaves off part of the remaining time, 3-hour cooldown) or Finish Instantly with Gold (2–6 Gold).

3) Report & signing

When the mission ends, the scout discovers a player and produces a report. Use "View Profile" in the report to go to the player's page and sign them (they're now a free agent).

⚠️

Don't sit on a player you discovered! If you don't sign a player found without a card within 8 weeks, a rival agent snaps them up and you can never sign them again (you get a warning 2 weeks in advance). Players found with a card, however, never expire.

Scout cards — the path to top-tier players

Players found without a card are capped by their tier (e.g. an Elite scout finds a maximum of 60 quality without a card). For 90+ quality / generational talent you need a scout card. You attach the card to the mission (with Gold):

CardGoldWhat it does?
📈 Quality8A ready, high current-ability player
🌟 Wonderkid14A 16–18 year old with high-potential foundations
Talent18Generational ceiling (very high potential), 35% chance of a special trait
💡

Intentional design: A card's power is independent of the scout's level — the quality comes from the money (the card). So a cheap Novice scout + a card brings a player just as good as an expensive Elite scout + a card. Card power scales with the region tier (reputation) you unlock. Feel free to use cheap scouts as "card carriers".

8 Signing Players — The Negotiation Screen

When you add a player to your agency you negotiate your commission percentage (not the salary).

📂 How to open: From a scout report / player page / recommendation news → Sign/Approach

What's on the screen?

  • Patience bar: starts at ~100%; drops with every move. When it runs out, the negotiation fails.
  • Round dots: you get up to 5 rounds.
  • Commission slider: your one real lever. The player has a hidden expectation.
🎯

The golden rule: If you offer a commission equal to or below their expectation, the deal closes instantly. About 2 points above their expectation makes them pause; 5+ points above angers them. So try to find "the highest number they'll accept".

Five tactics

  • 🤝 Normal — standard, lowers patience.
  • 😎 Confident — makes your offer read 2 points lower (raises the chance of acceptance).
  • 😊 Friendly — reads 1 point lower, reduces suspicion, the path that lowers patience the least.
  • 🎭 Bluff — instant acceptance if it lands; anger + suspicion + patience loss if caught. Risky.
  • 💪 Pressure — 40% success; if it fails, the negotiation collapses on the spot.

On success the contract is created automatically, the player's morale jumps to 100, and you gain XP (confetti!). If you leave a negotiation halfway, the state is saved; when you come back, you resume from the same round.

⚠️

The "turned away at the door" rejection: Some players turn you away before the negotiation even starts — if they're far above your reputation (14-day cooldown, can never be persuaded), if your relationship is hostile (7 days), or if your credibility is low. These rejections carry no XP penalty but make you wait. On near-misses, a Persuasion card can get them to the table.

9 Portfolio & Player Detail

Where you manage your clients.

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Portfolio

The portfolio list

Three summaries at the top: player count, total value, average quality. You organize the list with filter chips (All / With Club / Free / Contract expiring) and sort chips (Quality, Value, Salary, Position, Age, Contract end, Name). Each card shows a quality badge, age, position, club and a growth badge (↗ +N).

If your portfolio is empty, the screen reminds you of the 4 ways to find players: club events, the scout system, signing free agents, and parties/connections.

The player detail screen

Opens when you tap a player. There are three tabs:

  • Overview: quality/potential bars, and if they're your client morale & fitness, season stats, transfer history, detailed attributes.
  • Contract: the representation (agent) contract — commission %, end date, a Renew button in the last 8 weeks; and the club contract — salary, bonuses, end date.
  • Relationship: the agent–player relationship score (−100…+100) and trust.

From the quick-action bar (if they're your client): Activities, Development Program, Transfer Talk, Renew, Recommend/Sell to Clubs. While a club contract is active, selling is locked (unless the player wants to leave).

Relationship & poaching

Relationship levels: Hostile ≤ −70, Cold ≤ −30, Neutral ≤ +30, Friendly ≤ +70, Trusted > +70. A hostile player won't even sit down to negotiate with you. Activities, successful transfers and kept promises raise the relationship.

⚠️

A neglected player gets poached. Clients with a weak relationship (≤50) or low morale become targets for rival agents. If you lose one, you lose that player's representation commission, the relationship resets, and you can never sign them again. A relationship above 50 is a shield (card-scout players are extra protected). Note: rivals only try to poach famous agents — if you're below reputation 15, you're safe.

10 Player Development — Activities & the Development Program

Two separate systems: instant boosts (Activities) and long-term growth (the Development Program).

Activities with GEM

📂 How to open: Player detail → Activities

15 activities spread across four tiers (from PlayStation to Elite Trainer). Every activity gives relationship, morale, fitness; some offer a quality boost chance (%), a market-value increase and injury resistance. Cost ranges from 500 – 75,000 GEM. When you run an activity, a fun Activity Simulation opens (in some events you make a choice; a good choice increases the gains).

⚠️

The quality boost is capped at +5 per player, for life. After you reach +5, quality-boost rolls go to waste (morale/relationship still work). Also, activities give no XP — the reward is morale/relationship/fitness/quality chance.

Development Program for young talents

A multi-week program that accelerates a young client's natural growth. Eligibility: they must be your client, age < 25, their quality must be below potential−3, and they must be a free agent or at a low-budget club (prestige < 40). The registration fee is in GEM, and the duration is 12 weeks. "Finish Instantly" with Gold is possible (followed by a 12-week cooldown).

The value is hidden in the young: A player's market value is highly tied to age (age ≤21 gives a ×1.8 multiplier). Developing a high-potential young player and selling them to a big club is the game's most profitable strategy.

11 Transfers — This Is Where the Real Money Comes From

Move your player to the right club and grab both the one-off fee and the bigger weekly commission.

Selling your client to a club (outgoing transfer)

  1. Pick clubs From the Transfer Talk / player page you send offers to up to 5 clubs. Each row shows prestige, budget, relationship and window status. The league level is locked by quality (Q≥70 → only the top two divisions).
  2. Wait for a reply Clubs respond in 1–4 days (Offer → Reply → Negotiate → Signing). A Negotiate button appears next to an interested club.
  3. Negotiate with the club The club offers salary + commission + contract length + bonus package. Accept / Counter-offer / Walk away. Up to 10 rounds.
  4. Signing ceremony You pick a response at the press conference (a bold answer = a guaranteed level-up). Your commission is counted on screen and added to your balance.

Incoming offers — a club wants your player

Players in form (last-match rating ≥7.5 → 30% approach chance) get offers from clubs. It arrives as news: Negotiate or Decline. Three stages: (1) salary negotiation, (2) the player's decision — if they refuse, a Persuasion card panel always opens, (3) a transfer-fee standoff between the two clubs (you only nudge).

💡

Making a promise has a price (Transfer Talk): If you tell a player "I'll find you a bigger club," you get a trust boost, but if you don't deliver within 3–5 weeks it backfires (morale/relationship/trust drop). If you raise the same topic twice, the player may get annoyed and cut off the talk — and a free agent or a player with low trust may even fire you (−50 XP, leaves your portfolio).

Commission — how do you earn money?

  • Weekly portfolio commission: for each client, salary × commission % + reputation bonus (−20% tax).
  • Transfer commission: on a completed transfer, weekly salary × 4 + 10% of the signing bonus.
  • You also take a cut at the same commission rate from sponsors, match bonuses and title bonuses.

12 Cards — Tip the Deal in Your Favor

One-use helpers bought with Gold, with a known outcome (not a loot box).

📂 How to open: to view the collection Card Collection; to buy, in the Store
CardGoldWhat it does?
🤝 Negotiation Master10The player agrees to a commission +5 higher and the deal gets easier. Only spent on success.
🗣️ Persuasion Master20When a player says "no," it persuades them (on a door-rejection or when they turn down a transfer). If it forces a settled player, −6 morale.
🔄 Second Chance7Restarts a negotiation the player walked out of because the commission was too high. One use per player.
📈🌟✨ Scout cards8/14/18Make a scout mission find a higher-quality/younger/higher-potential player (see the Scout section).
💡

Cards work within the normal limits of a negotiation — they speed up a deal, they're not a blind "win" button (except the Persuasion card's specific rescue effect). A player found with a scout card also skips the door-rejection and acts like a "+1 slot" even when your portfolio is full.

13 Matches — Watch, Skip or Automate

You don't set tactics; each match day you just make the watch/skip call.

When your client has a match, a match news item drops into your feed. Tapping it opens the Match Preview; two options:

  • ▶️ Watch Match — live simulation, a ×1.3 XP bonus.
  • 📊 See Result — the score directly, but XP drops to ~1/3.

Max XP with little time — the trick: "See Result" counts as passive and gives little XP. But if you tap Watch and use the in-match Skip (3×) speed button, the game still counts it as "watched" and gives the full ×1.3 bonus. Watch → Skip always beats "See Result".

The match screen has the live score, your players' live rating (goal/assist/save) and a commentary feed. A match is a watch-and-feel show — there's no touch that changes the outcome, the score is set from the start. At the end of a match, player performances, morale changes and XP earned are shown. Injuries and card suspensions are real and carry over to later matches (every 4th yellow = 1 match suspension, a red = an immediate suspension).

The auto-sim window — clear the pile in one tap

With the banner above the match news you can open a timed auto-sim window: during that period, all matches resolve straight to a result.

With Gold
2 Gold = 24 hours
With an ad
1 ad = 3 hours
⚠️

Auto-sim gives ~1/3 XP. Use it to batch-skip unimportant matches; to enjoy your stars, the derbies and the title deciders and maximize XP, watch them.

14 Leagues & Cups

49 countries, up to 3 divisions; and continental cups.

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Leagues / Tournaments

The League Browser

Country chips → league selection → three tabs: Standings (your clubs are marked with a ★; colored zones show the cup/relegation areas), Fixtures (with real dates) and Teams. Tap any club to open Club Detail.

Unlocking leagues & countries

Your home country's leagues are free; you unlock other countries by spending a league slot (each new league = 1 slot). Slots come over time (no reputation required): in the first game-year 1/2/3 slots at weeks 3/6/26; then 5 slots + 1 more every 12 weeks.

⚠️

The season gate: Until you finish your first full season (season ≥ 2) you can only unlock a country's lowest division. For the higher divisions you first have to complete a season.

Cups (the Tournaments Center)

There are five cups (unbranded equivalents). Clubs qualify based on their league standing; if your player is there, cup matches also come as watchable matches and give XP. Cup prize money goes to the club's budget — you earn indirectly (a richer, more prestigious club = better transfers and shares).

15 Club Relations — Events, Connections, the Director

Build relationships with clubs; the key to recommending players and better transfer terms.

The Club Events Center

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Club Events

Gathers the active networking events of all the clubs you have a connection with onto a single screen (no need to enter each club one by one). Each card shows the club, cost and success chance. You pay a fee to attend.

⚠️

One club event per day. If you've attended one today, you can't attend another until the day advances. Success resolves the day after the scheduled day and raises your club relationship by 5–10. (Note: club-event invitations no longer drop into your news — they're all managed from this center.)

Connections (Lifestyle → Connections tab)

Your social network has four channels, and once the relationship bar crosses a threshold, concrete tools unlock:

ContactUnlockWhat it gives?
Journalistrelationship ≥ 20A praise story (XP + media); ≥35 → player hype (+10 perceived quality, 4 weeks)
Playerrelationship ≥ 15Sign directly to your agency
Club officialrelationship ≥ 40Squad intel (top 15 players)
Club connectionlevel ≥ 10Recommend a player to that club
Celebrity40–60 tierNegotiation bonus, player recommendations (+2–5% commission), region unlock, club access

Manager Talk (with the Director)

Opens when a client asks for a raise or when a club is unhappy with your player. Three jobs: a salary-raise negotiation (three tones: Friendly/Professional/Pressuring), a player-retention meeting (can be rescued once with a Persuasion card), and a contract renewal.

16 Social Life — Lifestyle & Parties

The source of your prestige, your standing in players' eyes and your social network.

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Lifestyle (tabs: Overview, Assets, Party, Connections)

Assets

Six categories: Home, Car, Clothing, Watch, Accessory, Tech. Each is a ladder — you can only step to the next tier and you must have the Lifestyle Level that tier requires. Assets give prestige (capped at 100 total); your home tier sets your party capacity; car/clothing/watch raise your party success.

⚠️

Your starting items lower your prestige! A Tier-0 car gives −20 and clothing −10 prestige. Upgrade these at the first chance. Lifestyle Level is calculated mainly from your home (if you're homeless your level is 0); watch/accessory/tech don't raise the level, they only add prestige.

💡

Why does Lifestyle matter? A free agent sizes you up by your car/home when signing with you. If you're too modest, they'll settle for a lower commission and start with low patience. So luxury investment turns directly into negotiating power.

Parties

Six party types (from Small to Legendary). To host one you need a sufficient home tier, balance, prestige and a 2 in-game day cooldown. At a party, successful interactions with guests earn prestige + media and build connections (celebrities become connections, league guests become party-contacts). Inviting more guests than your home capacity is a waste.

18 Finance, Bank & Stocks

Manage your money, take loans, earn with club shares.

The Finance screen

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Finance

Two tabs: Overview and History. Overview shows your balance + financial health (how many weeks you'd last at your current spend: Excellent >20, Critical ≤2), season income/expenses/net profit, the Weekly Income Projection (the key to planning) and a category breakdown. In History, every transaction can be filtered.

Bank / Loans

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Bank

Two lenders: Safe (15–30% interest, up to half your limit) and Risky (40–70% interest, up to the full limit). Your debt limit depends on your reputation (reputation 0–4 → 100K … 30+ → 1,000,000 GEM). Higher reputation lowers your interest. Installments are deducted automatically every week.

⚠️

Missing a payment costs you dearly: late interest, reputation loss, and on the 3rd miss, 50% of your balance is seized, on the 4th all of it, and the loan goes into default. Default locks all new borrowing and is closed out at 1.5× the remaining debt. The Risky bank punishes everything one step faster.

The Club Stock Market

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Stocks

Buy and sell the shares of top-flight clubs in countries you have access to, with GEM (0.1% fee per buy/sell). With the standard certificate you can hold at most 3 different clubs; Professional Broker (one-time 5 Gold) makes it unlimited. Prices move weekly, based on the club's on-pitch performance (league position, title odds, relegation risk, cup run).

Strategy: A runaway leader is already "priced in" (the title is certain, little upside left). The real gains are in clubs on the rise — a contender climbing the table or a team on a deep cup run. A relegated club drops to 35% but isn't wiped out; if it returns to the top flight it recovers.

19 Store, VIP & Boosters

Where you spend real money and Gold.

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Store

VIP membership

A weekly/monthly subscription. Its perks:

  • 2× XP on everything
  • No ads at all
  • +1,500 GEM every day
  • +1 scout slot, +5% negotiation bonus
  • Unlimited save slots

Remove Ads (one-time)

Removes all ads and gives +1,000 GEM per day.

⚠️

Important: VIP and Remove Ads make you completely ad-free — which also shuts off rewarded-ad income like "watch an ad for money" (50K–130K GEM). The daily GEM bonus makes up for it.

XP Boosters with Gold

BoosterEffectDurationGold
2× XP24 hours12
🔥5× XP24 hours25
💫2× XP7 days35
⚠️

Only one booster runs at a time. The rewarded XP ad deletes an active booster first and replaces it with a 1-hour ×2. Never watch an XP ad while your 7-day booster is active — it'll drop to 1 hour!

💡

Limited offers: The Starter Pack is only within the first 48 hours after install (a guaranteed young star + discounted GEM). The Season Pack is once per season (500K GEM + a 24-hour ×5 booster).

20 Office — Grow Your Agency

Your portfolio capacity, scout slots and bonuses come from here.

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Office

A 5-level upgrade ladder. Every upgrade increases your portfolio capacity and scout slots, and raises your discovery/negotiation success percentage.

LevelPortfolio cap.Max scoutsNegotiation bonusUpgrade fee
0 · Home Office310%

2 · Medium105+10%150,000
3 · Large208+15%400,000
4 · Luxury12+25%1,000,000

An upgrade needs both enough balance and enough reputation (e.g. 3→4 needs a 1.5M balance + reputation 50). VIP adds +1 scout slot. Bonus players from a pack/scenario gift don't count toward capacity.

21 Rival Agents & the Leaderboard

As you grow, the rivals grow too — and they eye your clients.

The Agent Leaderboard

📂 How to open: Dashboard → Leaderboard

Ranks you against rival agents. The score comes from reputation, weekly portfolio wages, career transfer count and transfers to big clubs. Rivals grow slowly every week, so even if you stand still your ranking slips. New players start near the bottom by design.

Rival Duel (poaching)

When a rival tries to lure your client away (a non-blocking news item), tapping it opens the Rival Duel — a "tug of war" screen. You build your offer freely: you can lower the commission (down to 1) and add a signing bonus. The rival cuts their offers each round (max 3 rounds). Who wins is decided by an offer score; a relationship >50 and a card-scout player are strong shields.

⚠️

If you lose you lose the representation contract and the weekly commission; the player stays at their club but is now represented by the rival, the relationship resets, and you can never sign them again. You only pay the signing bonus if you win.

22 Scenarios — Story Moments

Mini stories that trigger automatically when the conditions are met.

Only one scenario can be active at a time. A scenario flows like this:

  1. News chain Messages arrive in your feed; each choice builds up a hidden bargaining power.
  2. Chat negotiation Tapping the "Negotiation Table" news opens the Scenario Chat (like a WhatsApp group chat). Your dialogue choices add to your bargaining power.
  3. Outcome The total power is graded as best/good/neutral/bad; this determines the reward and (in transfer scenarios) whether the deal happens. Reward: GEM + XP.

Example scenarios: Transfer Chaos (your first transfer), The Bridge (gifts you a new player), Unhappy Star, Secret Operation, European Dream, Agent War, Double Agent, Match-Fixing Allegation and more. There's also a non-scenario "Signing Hijack" event: while a player is on their way to the signing ceremony, you may get a secret offer to redirect them to a rival club (2× salary + 3× fee) — accepting is betrayal, refusing is loyalty.

23 Tips & Common Mistakes

The shortcuts and traps the pros know.

✅ Do

  • Log in every day — the daily login reward climbs from 5,000 to 500,000 GEM over 14 days; miss a day and it resets to day 1. Plus, your first XP has a bonus.
  • Collect young + high-potential players, develop them, sell to a big club. The game's most profitable loop.
  • Watch the important matches (×1.3 XP), auto-sim the rest.
  • Send your scout to their specialty region/position — a better player and a 50% cheaper mission.
  • Keep the relationship above 50 — a shield against poaching.
  • Sign your first player at a high commission — they'll accept anyway.

⚠️ Don't

  • Don't make a discovered player wait 8 weeks — a rival snaps them up (if there's no card).
  • Don't watch an XP ad while a 7-day booster is active — it drops to 1 hour.
  • Don't raise the same transfer topic twice — the player cuts off the talk, and may even fire you.
  • Don't promise and fail to deliver — if you don't deliver in 3–5 weeks, relationship/morale/trust drop.
  • Don't miss a loan installment — default seizes your balance and locks borrowing.
  • Don't let your balance fall to −30,000 GEM — game-over danger begins (see below).

What happens if you go bankrupt? If your balance drops below −30,000 GEM, a 3-week grace period begins; if you recover in that time (sell a player, take a loan, watch an ad) you're saved. Careers are never auto-deleted — if a career truly ends, it's immortalized in the Hall of Fame and you start a new one.
